Precast concrete worker in Valkeakoski A concrete industry company operating in the Valkeakoski area is now looking to hire a precast concrete worker to join their team. Job description: - Manufacturing concrete elements and working with molds - Collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality production and finishing of concrete elements We expect from you: - Previous experience in the construction or concrete industry - Good physical condition and readiness for physically demanding work - Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team - Motivated and proactive attitude We offer: - Long-term employment - Competitive salary - Opportunity to learn and develop as a professional in the concrete industry Working hours are in a two-shift system (06:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00), and overtime may be required. The salary follows the Construction Product TES 4 agreement, and with personal incentive bonuses, you can increase your earnings.
