We are seeking motivated concrete element workers in Heinola. We are now hiring skilled and motivated concrete element workers for versatile tasks. As an employee, you will become part of a professional team and work in various phases of manufacturing concrete elements and piles. Your tasks will include various stages of element production, such as: - Formwork, reinforcement, outfitting, casting, and finishing work - Interpreting element drawings - Using hand tools, machines, and equipment - Ensuring quality and efficiency - This is a daytime shift position, and you will need your own car to get to the workplace. We expect you to have: - Experience in the construction industry, especially in the production or installation of concrete elements, is an advantage but not mandatory - Precision and attention to detail - Ability to work in a team - A positive and proactive attitude - Good physical condition HTM offers comprehensive orientation and training for the position!
