This year, we are offering hundreds of people the chance to work in Lapland's tourism season for the winter 2026-2027.
Looking for a break from your everyday routine? Have you always dreamed of spending part of the year in Lapland, surrounded by snowy landscapes, northern lights and outdoor activities? This year again, we are employing hundreds of seasonal workers in destinations across Lapland, including Levi, Ylläs, Pallas, Luosto, Saariselkä and Rovaniemi.
We offer a wide range of job opportunities. Most positions are in the hotel, restaurant and programme services sectors, and we recruit chefs, waiters, restaurant workers, housekeepers, guides and receptionists for these roles.
Most jobs take place between November and April, but we also offer both shorter and longer employment opportunities. If you wish, you can also work for example just for the Christmas season.
