The technology-driven personnel service company Bolt.Works takes a significant step in its internationalization and expands its operations from Finland to Sweden. The expansion has started in northern Sweden, where the company serves Finnish clients and addresses the growing demand for personnel services. Bolt.Works’ technology-based operating model has also stirred interest among Swedish companies.

Iivo Niskanen involved in paving the way to the neighboring country
World champion and three-time Olympic skiing gold medalist Iivo Niskanen is part of Bolt.Works’ launch in Sweden. Niskanen got to test working with one of our clients and concluded after the experience that skiing seems to be still his domain – and that employment and traditional work should be left to Bolt.Works professionals, both in Finland and Sweden. Strong expertise supports internationalization
Bolt.Works services are now available in Sweden, where our operations are now really getting underway. Preparations for the expansion have advanced quickly recently as the experienced staffing and recruitment professional, Operations Manager Sweden, Maja Lund, began working for Bolt.Works in northern Sweden this spring.
