Welcome to join the Santasport team in Rovaniemi! We are looking for an energetic and customer service-oriented receptionist who wants to be part of a unique hotel industry experience. Santasport Finland Oy is known for its versatile sports and wellness services, and now you have the opportunity to join this inspiring environment. We are seeking a proactive customer service-minded personality who enjoys diverse tasks in the hotel world and wants to provide customers with the best possible experience in the heart of Lapland. The duties include customer reception as well as other versatile tasks at the Santasport reception during nighttime. We hope the applicant has previous experience as a receptionist, fluent Finnish language skills, and a strong customer service attitude. Familiarity and smooth skills with hotel booking systems are considered an advantage. Duration of employment: 1.11.2025 - 31.3.2026 Working hours: 90 / 3 weeks, shifts are during nighttime.
